What does it mean when I can identify every one of those aircraft pictured? Except the tankers since I can only see the boom.

I think the boom is slightly different between the two, I believe the chord of the boom wings is longer on a KC-10.

That being said, you can see whose tankers they are, and they are all operated by ARW's who only fly KC-135
